The Bridge of Peace by Cindy Woodsmall was definitely an awesome read. The ups and downs of Lena’s life kept my attention throughout the whole book. I enjoyed meeting Lena and her friends. Cindy Woodsmall wove a picture of life – real life. No one’s life was perfect; everyone experience hardship and joy. This book kept my attention, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only regret about the entire book was that I had not read the first book in the series. This book definitely builds on the first book, and I was a little lost in many places and wished I had read the first one. I will recommend it to my friends and family. I am anxious to read the rest of the series.
